Students at Regina High School wear a uniform as a part of school identity and to help encourage a feeling of pride in the school and the values it helps to promote. Since students who wear a uniform represent their school, all students should be neat and well groomed at all times. This helps to encourage self-respect. A secondary purpose of the uniform is to limit competition and rivalry in dress, and to help decrease expenses.
All students are expected to adhere to the dress code every day. This requires planning, responsibility, and having enough uniform items on hand to provide for emergencies. Violations are subject to the consequences specified in the Code of Conduct. Students not in the correct dress code will be asked to call home for the proper clothing. All skirts, blouses, sweaters, uniform pants, and sweatshirts should be clean, properly repaired, and adjusted in size as a student grows. Hems should be sewn, not stapled or taped.

The school uniform consists of a uniform skirt and a white or dark green uniform cotton\polyester knit over-blouse that is embroidered with the school name available from Schoolbelles. From October through April uniform dress pants may be worn instead of the skirt except on dress uniform days. The uniform dress pants are navy blue or khaki twill pants purchased from Schoolbelles.
