Regina Visits Children's Hospital

Fifteen members of the Regina High School National Honor Society (NHS) recently paid a Halloween visit to patients at the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital.

One of the key characteristics of a National Honor Society member is to serve. “This is a prime example of the type of service and community support our students are involved in,” said Rosemary Lips, Director of Guidance and NHS Moderator.

Decked out in festive costumes, NHS members brightened the day for a number of children at the hospital.

“These kids have so many challenges,” said Chelsea Van Bergen, Regina senior. “It was great to see them smile. This was a fantastic experience for everyone.”

Note: On Tuesday, November 27 at 7:30 p.m., new members will be inducted into the Regina National Honor Society.
