The Regent, Regina’s student newsletter received a First Place in the OSMA (Ohio Scholastic Media Association) contest this spring, receiving 941 points out of 1,000 points. Congratulations to the editors: Katie Chounet, Heather Wirtanen, Amanda Majher, and Monica Wilson and the entire Regent staff!
Several staff members won individual awards.
Katie Chounet received three Excellents: for her columns, her review of Twilight, and a cover design
Monica Wilson received an Excellent for her review of the summer play, Snow White.
Alina Cepulis received an Excellent for her cover drawing.
