Giving a gift of cash by writing a check is still the most popular way to make a gift. Perhaps the quickest way is to use your credit card and give online. These gift can be described as follows:
Unrestricted gifts offer the administration the most flexibility in applying your gift to the school’s greatest need.
Restricted gifts allow you to direct your gift to a particular area of interest: scholarship, program, or capital project. Examples include:
The Regina Endowment Fund helps provides funds for capital projects as well as and faculty and staff salaries and makes tuition more affordable. Only the interest from the Fund is used.

Underwriting provides gifts for specific purposes. It may include sponsorship of special events, equipment, printing, uniforms, field trip transportation
Honor and Memorial Gifts can be restricted or unrestricted. In addition to the acknowledgement you receive, a note will be sent to the individual that you are honoring (birthday, anniversary, births, weddings) or to the family of the deceased without mentioning the amount of the gift. In addition, the deceased will be remembered in the prayers of students and staff. A Mass for the deceased members of the Regina Family is held in November.
Gifts of Securities are wonderful ways to invest in the futures of young women at Regina today and in the future. They can also provide welcome tax relief for you. Contact the Advancement Office for transfer instructions.
Matching Gifts: An employee benefit which provides an incentive for making gifts to educational institutions and other non-profits. Employers may match the gifts of their employees in a variety of ways: 1:1, 2:1 or some percentage of the employee’s gift. Please inquire, request an application, follow the steps and notify Regina. Your spouse may also be able to qualify for a gift. Double the dollars and you double the impact of your gift!
Charitable Gift Annuity: Set up an annuity to benefit you and Regina! Reduce your taxable income. Donate $5,000 or more to Regina. At date designated in the future, you will begin receiving interest payments. After your demise, Regina becomes the beneficiary and your estate avoids a capital gains tax on the annuity gift.
Planned Gifts: Plan to leave a portion of your estate to Regina or donate stocks and avoid a capital gains tax.
