Tuition Policies

TUITION PAYMENT

A tuition plan for the coming year is issued to each family at the time of registration. Parents choose one of two payment options or a variation on the combination:

a)   payment in full, due July 5

b)   semester payments

c)   monthly payments through Tuition Management Systems

When the student’s withdrawal is a family choice, the student is charged for tuition for the entire year.

Payments may be made directly to the business office in cash, money order, personal check, certified check, or credit card.  Payments remitted less than two weeks prior to the deadline must be made in cash, money order, or by certified check. No personal checks are accepted two weeks prior to the deadline. No senior may attend prom unless all financial obligations have been met. Among others, this includes tuition payment and the graduation fee.

Financial obligations, to the respective date, are to be met before a student may:

1.   Receive her diploma

2.   Attend the prom

3.   Take semester examinations

4.   Begin the next academic semester

5.   Have transcripts and/or records sent

6.   Participate in any out-of-state trips, i.e., Pilgrimage, foreign travel
