Transcript Requests
If you require a copy of your transcript, you must submit a request in writing.
To submit a request, please include the following:
- Your maiden name
- Year of graduation
- Present address and phone number
- Address where you would like the transcript sent
Also include a $3.00 check, made payable to NDCL.

Can be purchased by sending a check to Sr. Kay for $25.00 -made out to Regina Alumnae Association ($20.00 for the book and $5.00 for shipping)
